Shana Rehwald
Throughout Shana’s decade-long career working in social media and marketing, she helped build brands like Alo and Grayson. At 30 years old, the dream life she built started to burn her out. Pouring herself into a journey of self-discovery led to her leaving her marriage and an established corporate career path in the same year and becoming an accidental entrepreneur.
Drawing on the tools that aided her own transformation, she launched the Me-est Me™ Journal in 2021. This journal has empowered thousands to cultivate self-awareness, silence external noise, and embrace discomfort on the path to their truest selves. The Me-est Me™ Journal has garnered recognition from prominent publications like CNN, Who What Wear, and NY Mag, and has been named one of the best guided journals by Shape Magazine and SELF.
Fueled by the needs of her growing community, she expanded her offerings to include workshops for individuals, teams, and customers. These workshops guide participants in reconnecting with their authentic selves, overcoming self-doubt, and easing imposter syndrome.
Her experience as a long-time intrapreneur at startups and young businesses, coupled with her current role as an entrepreneur, has given her a deep understanding of the emotional rollercoaster inherent in building a business. Beyond Me-est Me™, she works part-time at the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (KS WELI) at the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas at Austin, where she oversees the KS WELI FoundHER Program and empowers founders to gain confidence, advocate for themselves, and propel their businesses forward.
Witnessing the journeys of these women has provided her with invaluable insights into the challenges and triumphs unique to female entrepreneurs. This experience has deepened her understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape and the keys to success. Now, her mission is to share these learnings and empower even more founders to embrace their power, show up vulnerability online and IRL, and ultimately, get noticed by the people who matter most.
