MEET THE FOUNDER
Shana Rehwald
Throughout her career, Shana has operated at the intersection of social, community, and partnerships. She’s always worked on early teams building startups and young brands like Alo, Grayson (sister to Frank & Eileen), and the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute at UT Austin. After 10+ years, the dream life she built started to burn her out. Pouring herself into a journey of self-discovery led to her leaving her marriage and an established corporate career path in the same year and becoming an accidental entrepreneur.
Drawing on the tools that aided her own transformation, she launched the Me-est Me™ Journal in 2021. The Me-est Me™ Journal has been named one of the best guided journals by Shape Magazine, SELF, and Real Simple.
As a natural born networker and community builder, Shana knows how to create spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and meet their future selves with more confidence and intention. She partners with brands, Fortune 500 companies, and organizations to design experiences that turn reflection into action.
