Kendra Scott Women’s Summit
Shana was invited to moderate a fireside chat with Ellen Yin at the Kendra Scott x Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute’s Women’s Summit.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Throughout her career, Shana has always worked at early teams building startups and young brands like Alo and Grayson (sister to Frank & Eileen). After 10+ years working in social media and marketing, the dream life she built started to burn her out. Pouring herself into a journey of self-discovery led to her leaving her marriage and an established corporate career path in the same year and becoming an accidental entrepreneur.
Drawing on the tools that aided her own transformation, she launched the Me-est Me™ Journal in 2021. The Me-est Me™ Journal has been named one of the best guided journals by Shape Magazine, SELF, and Real Simple.
Building on the journal's success, Shana expanded her offerings to include workshops for individuals, communities, and teams, focusing on self-connection and overcoming self-doubt. She leverages her experience as an entrepreneur and her role at the Kendra Scott Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute at the University of Texas at Austin to empower founders. Through her work, Shana aims to equip entrepreneurs with the confidence and tools to thrive, both personally and professionally.
Support your community and customers through IRL and digital journaling workshops to help them step into their power and gain confidence.
Your team works hard. Give them back some dedicated time for personal and professional development.
Inspire your audience to strengthen their intuition, ease imposter syndrome, and build resilience.
Shana loves an open and vulnerable conversation. Shana will inspire your audience to lean into their me-est me by sharing her journey of getting divorced and leaving her established corporate career path in the same year, and the learnings that came with it.
